Use the directory to the left to select the appropriate form for the classes or seminars in which you are interested. If you want to register for classes that are required for any course such as Massage Technician or Massage Therapist, use the enrollment agreement for courses/classes. If you want to register for a seminar, use the seminar agreement form.
If you have never enrolled at Desert Resorts School of Somatherapy before, and you want to register for a course or the classes required for a course, please print and fill out the application for enrollment. Submit it to the school with a non-refundable enrollment fee of $50.00. Mail it or hand deliver to the address below. Once you have enrolled, you may register for classes. The enrollment application is not necessary if you only want to register to attend a seminar.

If for any reason you need to cancel or drop out of a class or seminar, remember that the notice of cancellation must be in writing and is effective the day it is received by the school. You can notify us about a cancellation or drop by delivering your written notice to the school by mail, fax, or in person. We have provided forms for your convenience, that you can print, fill out and fax, mail or hand deliver to the school. These forms repeat our policies on cancellation and refunds, for your information. Be sure to use the correct form, as the policies are different for seminars than for classes.
