Cancellation and Refund Policy for Seminars

Notification of withdrawal or cancellation and any request for a refund must be made in writing and must be delivered to the school prior to the first day of instruction.   Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

 

If written notice of cancellation is received by the school prior to the first day of instruction, the school will refund all fees paid for the seminar minus an administrative fee of $50.00.  If written notice of cancellation is not received by the school prior to the first day of instruction or if the student simply does not attend the seminar, the school will retain all fees paid for the seminar and no refund will be given.

 

Notice of cancellation and a request for refund may be hand delivered, mailed, or faxed to the school at:

Payment of refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
Example: if a student paid $250.00 for a seminar and then was unable to attend but provided written notice of cancellation prior to the first day of instruction, a refund of $200.00 would be processed: $250.00 tuition minus $50.00 administrative fee. If no written notice of cancellation were received before the first day of instruction, the student simply did not attend the seminar or left early and did not complete the seminar, the student would receive no refund.

 

To cancel your reservation for a seminar, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or another written notice or send a telegram to the address above.
